The suite offered comfortable bedding. The gym features both an indoor pool and an outdoor whirlpool. I liked the convenient location near Sydney Gardens and the canal.
Some paint on the woodwork in the bathroom needs refreshing.

charmed by this relaxing retreat

good size lovely gardens
i was impressed by the good sized room. it featured light and cleanliness along with a fridge. the lovely gardens were a particular highlight. the dining room and other communal areas were attractive. i enjoyed using the car park because it was convenient and spacious. the staff was friendly and accommodating .
i found the level of maintenance in the room to be poor. i noticed various items were broken or damaged. the double bed was made up of two single mattresses which wasn't ideal.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. the room service was excellent, and all orders arrived quickly. It was a welcome convenience.

the hotel's setting provided a calming, relaxing atmosphere and i found it to be a short walk to the town center. the beautiful grounds were perfect for peaceful strolls. the hotel's position on the heights afforded charming perspectives

The spa facilities were wonderful. I especially enjoyed the treatments. the pool area had ample loungers ensuring relaxation. the bar was well-stocked. It was great. the gym had modern equipment and was easily accessible.

lovely retreat

breakfast selection friendly staff good grounds
i did enjoy my stay and the spa access was a real treat. the breakfast selection has many choices, including hot and cold options. the friendly staff always offer assistance, made things go smoothly. the exterior of the hotel is nice and the grounds look very good.
i did notice a maintenance issue in the steam room, it has some broken tiles that need attention.

The hotel is near the city center. I enjoyed taking a walk. the grounds around the hotel are well maintained. parking is also available for all guests, so nice.

The room was nice and spacious with pleasant decor. there were clean robes and slippers for use in the room. it had good amenities such as a television and coffee machine. The beds are so comfy.

the breakfast area is pretty with beautiful decor. breakfast offers many choices that were hot and tasty. i was happy, the waiters were attentive, ensuring a relaxed dining atmosphere during the morning.

the hotel spa is nice and has a variety of facilities for relaxation. there is an outdoor pool as well as a sauna and a steam room. i find all of this a welcome bonus for my staying time.
